What we collect, why, and for how long. In short: very little, and only what is needed to help you find the stories you saved.
If you have no account
We collect nothing. No profiling cookies, no advertising trackers, no measurement that follows you around. The stories you save stay in your browser, on your device, and we never see them.
If you have an account
We keep your email address and the stories you saved. We do not ask for your name, age or anything else: there is no form to fill in and there is no password — you sign in with a code we email you. Until 19 August 2026 this line also said «phone number», and it changed when the Friday WhatsApp list was born: if you leave us your number we keep it, separate from the rest, and you leave it only if you want to. You never need it to have an account. Since 21 August 2026 you can also leave the list whenever you want — from your own page, or from the link every message carries — and the number is deleted, not set aside: we keep no list of people who left.
Who we share it with
Nobody, for commercial purposes. The data sits on Supabase (European infrastructure) and email delivery goes through a transactional mail provider. We sell nothing to anyone and there is no advertising.
For how long
For as long as you keep the account. When you ask us to delete it, we delete everything within thirty days — genuinely, we do not file it away somewhere else.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can export your saved stories at any time from the Saved page, without asking anyone.
